It is amazing that a month of my college semester has already gone by. It has been challenging and I have been learning a lot. I’ve been learning more about how to play my instruments and more about live sound. Which has been fun and it builds on what I learned in previous semesters.
Also, there are a few things that I haven’t come out and said yet that I have reflected on lately. One of them is that it has been a journey for me to gain confidence in myself. This journey has included skateboarding, music, and writing stories. Many times I haven’t felt confident in these things, but because I like doing them I have continued to work on those skills and I have been able to gain some confidence. There are still lots of times where I have to work on my confidence. The journey of gaining confidence in oneself is something I’m trying to share about in the Skateagy comic. The biggest thing I’ve realized lately is that the journey is a part of Skateagy that I’ve needed to mention. It’s just a little scary mentioning it, but here it goes with overcoming the fear of mentioning this journey I’ve been on.
